Two perspectives are concluded as follows:

The first one is academic internationalization. What human beings are most influenced by the wild coverage of internet technology in the 21st century is internationalized thinking. Internationalization, however, refers to the frequent contact among people and hence leads to the decrease of distance and elimination of border. For being distinguished from other similar institutes of China research in Taiwan, the distinctive feature of "academic internationalization" of CCS is urgently expected. We are also hoping to internationalize the fruit of our scholars’ research by means of discussions, critiques, and opinion exchanges.

The second one is the share of academic resources. CCS is the platform of academic interaction on which interdisciplinary researchers are mustered to contribute their own expertise from different angles and levels to one specific issue. The interdisciplinary interaction not only provides more opportunities for sharing research methods and fruits but also galvanizes the new discovery in specific knowledge system by the realization and adoption of merits in other disciplines.
